The Beginning

Well here is the start of this great endeavor, home ownership has its great rewards and soon I will reap those rewards but for now, the rewards are work, work , and more work, which I labor with happiness, and thankfulness. Here is the site where I will post our progress, and the ideas we have. To start with the house was a previous rent house, and being such it was in need of great repair. here is before outside picture of the house, at around 900 sqft it is relatively small craftsman home, 2 Bd 1 Bath. it actually has three bedrooms but one is going to be an office. 

Here is the before picture, of the houses Kitchen and Living area, you will see that this is the major area of transformation, the wall separating the living areas, will be removed. 

Looks like a mess, but it gets better.
